Cumberland Council’s Building Control team seeks a qualified Level 2A Building Inspector. You will assess building plans and inspect sites to ensure compliance with Building Regulations, working with homeowners, developers and contractors to deliver safe, high-quality developments across Cumberland.
In this permanent role, you will gain broad experience across building control activities, with a clear progression pathway to Stage 4 and potential Building Safety Regulator registration.
