About the Role: As a Support Worker (Carer / Care Assistant) you will work individually with residents, providing physical and emotional care, supporting medication administration, personal care, and encouraging independence. We offer fully paid training and development and look for compassionate, friendly individuals who wish to make a difference. No prior experience or qualifications are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional care to residents.
  • Assist with medication and personal care.
