Responsibilities
- Provide high quality support and care to vulnerable residents, enabling them to maximise independence, quality of life, choice and control within a safe, respectful and stimulating environment.
- Support the supervisor in liaising with multidisciplinary professionals.
- Actively and positively contribute to the wider team, promoting a supportive working environment and a place where residents can thrive.
- Build relationships and integration across the wider community and partners to enhance activities and improve care.
