About this opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking for a dedicatedTenancy Sustainment Officerto support individuals at risk of homelessness, including rough sleepers and new refugees. You\’ll manage a varied caseload, providing tailored support to help people maintain stable housing and access vital services. From assisting with Universal Credit applications to coordinating multi-agency support plans, your work will be central to our mission of ending rough sleeping across the region.
We\’re seeking someone with experience in housing or homelessness services, strong knowledge of safeguarding and welfare systems, and excellent communication skills.
