About This Opportunity
The supervisor is accountable for the monitoring, delivery and continuous improvement of the quality of the services to high standards by creating an environment in which excellence will flourish. To ensure the effective maintenance and delivery of all housekeeping services in the establishment. Support a culture of engaging and supporting staff to deliver care services in a person dignified way. This role will provide flexible support across four of our homes: Inglewood, Park Lodge, Parkside, and Richmond Park, covering annual leave and sickness absence as needed.

DBS Checks
This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with an Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults.
