Hours: 30 Hours

Contract: Temporary for 6 Months

About This Opportunity

Cumberland Council is looking for a Reablement Coordinator to support the delivery of our fast-paced Support at Home service. Youll be at the heart of operations, managing the duty desk, coordinating support worker rosters, handling referrals, and ensuring service users receive timely and effective care. This role is vital in maintaining smooth communication across teams and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Were looking for someone with strong IT and admin skills, experience in a public or voluntary sector setting, and a good understanding of social care services.
