If you’re someone who finds purpose in helping others, we’d love you to join us as a Night Support Worker at Lapstone House, Millom. We have a 0 hours role available, with a competitive hourly rate between £13.69 and £13.90 on a permanent basis.
At Lapstone, you'll be part of a caring, dedicated team supporting older adults to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity through the night. Our residential home is warm, welcoming and centred around helping residents stay healthy, emotionally supported, and as independent as possible.
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll get to know each person as an individual. Your work may involve providing personal care, assisting with medication, offering reassurance and companionship, and promoting wellbeing. What matters most is having the right values — kindness, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with a Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with Adults.
