Cumbria Outdoors is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to help deliver a high-quality, efficient and customer-focused catering and cleaning service across our centres. Location: Keswick

Role Overview: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll work alongside the Housekeeping Co-ordinator and the wider team to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and ready for guests. You’ll play an important part in supporting both our catering and cleaning operations, helping us maintain excellent standards across all Cumbria Outdoors sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering planned cleaning and catering tasks across our centres
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and ensuring all areas meet required quality standards
  • Maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety and security
  • Using customer feedback to help continuously improve our service
