Cumbria Outdoors is a thriving service within Traded Services, offering a wide range of outdoor activities and residential opportunities across three fantastic sites. As part of our team, you’ll help organise and deliver efficient housekeeping services that meet Cumberland Council and Cumbria Outdoors' high standards. Working closely with the Housekeeping Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for all our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the planning and delivering of housekeeping services, which involves cooking, catering and cleaning, to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Ensure all services comply with legislative requirements, including health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to continually improve service delivery.
- Manage resources effectively, including stock control, ordering food, and consumable supplies from approved suppliers.
- Support service needs by working flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
