Cumbria Outdoors is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to help deliver a high‑quality, efficient and customer‑focused catering and cleaning service across our centres. Role Overview: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll work alongside the Housekeeping Co‑ordinator and the wider team to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, well‑maintained and ready for guests. You’ll play an important part in supporting both our catering and cleaning operations, helping us maintain excellent standards across all Cumbria Outdoors sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering planned cleaning and catering tasks across our centres
- Carrying out basic maintenance and ensuring all areas meet required quality standards
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety and security
- Using customer feedback to help continuously improve our service
