Responsibilities
- Perform essential highway maintenance tasks including minor highway construction, patching, reactive maintenance, and drainage works.
- Engage in grounds maintenance and support Highway Team Leaders in inspecting and repairing the highway network.
- Carry out traffic management, respond to emergency callouts, repair fencing, install traffic signs, and operate small plant and tools.
- Maintain high standards of performance, safety, and quality; contribute to career growth and development.
