As a Family Resilience Worker in the Family Connection (Reunification) team, you will improve outcomes by providing support and direct work intervention to vulnerable children, young people and families, with a focus on reunifying young people to family care. This is a practical role; you will not always be working a standard Monday‑to‑Friday 9‑5, and may need to offer support outside normal working hours and during weekends.

You will be supporting families to increase their knowledge, skills and confidence in providing nurturing, trauma‑informed parenting, ensuring that the voice of children and young people is heard and informs the decisions that are made about them.
