Cumberland Council is seeking a Family Help Worker for Family Led Decision Making (FLDM) to work with children, young people and families, guiding family-led decisions and ensuring the child remains at the heart of every plan. You will coordinate FLDM meetings, support families through challenging circumstances and help identify strengths and practical solutions that promote safe, positive outcomes.
This permanent role is 37 hours per week, with a salary range of £35,570 to £36,581 per annum.
