About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council is seeking an organised and proactive Development Assistant to join the Active Cumbria team—a dynamic partnership dedicated to improving health and wellbeing through increased participation in sport and physical activity across the region. In this varied role, you’ll support the delivery of programmes, events, and services, while helping to manage communications, data systems, and customer engagement.
We’re looking for someone with strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of service procedures. If you’re passionate about community wellbeing, enjoy working collaboratively, and want to be part of a team that values inclusivity and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
This role is available on a fixed-term basis.
