Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and practitioners in managing complex, high-risk cases.
- Promote best practice standards across your district or service area.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and CPD support to Children’s Services staff.
- Collaborate with managers to assess and manage risk in multi-agency settings.
- Champion reflective, forensic social work aligned with core values and frameworks.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS Check with a Children’s Barred List check. This role involves working in regulated activity with Children. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with Children.
