Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and practitioners in managing complex, high-risk cases.
- Promote best practice standards across your district or service area.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and CPD support to Children\’s Services staff.
- Collaborate with managers to assess and manage risk in multi-agency settings.
- Champion reflective, forensic social work aligned with core values and frameworks.
- Foster peer support and team collaboration.
- Build cross-agency networks to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children.
