An exciting opportunity has arisen for a System and Learning Support Assistant Coordinator within our Organisational Development, Training, Apprenticeships and Early Careers team. This role will appeal to applicants who have an interest in, and demonstrable knowledge of, ICT systems, Office 365, administrative processes, finance, and customer service. This is a varied role, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the council and external organisations/partners. You will work closely with the team supporting day to day operational tasks, including booking meetings and collating agendas for the service, booking training events for corporate and apprenticeship events, working on different systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS), Service Now, Trent and E5 Finance system, and supporting with our Occupational Health service.
In this role you will primarily support the coordination of our service requirements for booking meetings, training events, attending Directorate and Apprenticeship events to record attendance, and providing administrative support where required.
We will also provide training to be part of a wider training development team offering future opportunities in different specialisms. This role is available on a permanent basis.
