We are looking for a skilled and friendly Kitchen Supervisor to join our small, dedicated team at Talkin Tarn Country Park tearoom. The role involves baking homemade food and cakes to a high standard, serving as front of house to visitors, ensuring a high-quality visitor experience, and managing the team in the absence of the tearoom manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing a variety of pastries and cakes
  • Maintaining food hygiene standards
  • Assisting with inventory
  • Ensuring safe food handling

The position requires 12 hours per week, including weekend work and bank holidays on a rota system, with possible additional hours depending on team needs.

Qualifications: Previous experience in catering, good communication and customer service skills. Training will be provided in food hygiene and first aid if required.
