Cumberland Council is seeking a housing enforcement professional to support private sector housing enforcement and housing standards throughout Carlisle. The role will advise tenants, landlords and agents, investigate housing conditions, undertake inspections and act on enforcement where necessary.
There is a 12-month temporary contract with 37 hours per week. The role includes the potential to study for the Housing Enforcement Diploma over the next year to enhance professional development
