About This Opportunity
Join our team as a Highway Operative, where you’ll perform essential tasks such as minor highway construction, patching, reactive maintenance, and drainage works. You’ll also engage in grounds maintenance and support Highway Team Leaders in inspecting and repairing the highway network. Key responsibilities include traffic management, emergency callouts, fencing repairs, installing traffic signs, and operating small plant and tools. With opportunities for career growth and development, you’ll ensure high standards of performance, safety, and quality! This role is available on a permanent basis.
