Alongside emotional support, you may also help with personal care, medication, or everyday tasks, always encouraging independence and choice. No two days look the same, and every shift brings a new opportunity to make someone’s life brighter.

You’ll also take part in sleep‑in shifts that provide overnight reassurance and support when needed, with an additional £43.12 per night on top of your hourly pay.

If you already have experience, this is a great chance to grow further with a supportive employer that values development and progression. And if you're new to care, what matters most is your compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn, we can help you build the skills you need to thrive.

If you’re friendly, caring, and motivated by making a positive difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you.
