SALARY: 27,711 – 28,624
HOURS: 37 hours weekly
WORKBASE: West Cumbria House Lillyhall/hybrid working (can be discussed at interview)
About This Opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible Business Support Administrator to work as part of the Cumberland Conference and Review IRO Service on a temporary basis for 12 months.
The team carries out administrative support for Child Protection conferences and Children Cared for reviews, ensuring invites and minutes are distributed within tight statutory timescales. The ideal applicant will be an experienced minute taker, with the ability to take accurate and well written minutes of multi-agency meetings.
Due to the nature of our work, you will need to be emotionally resilient, have experience of working with confidential information and be motivated to deliver an excellent service and customer care.
The postholder will be expected to be flexible between the two areas of work, with possible travel between both West Cumbria House and Cumbria House, dependent upon business need.
