About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our Customer Solutions Directorate, supporting the Direct Payment process for the Children with Disabilities team. In this varied role, you\’ll provide responsive and efficient administrative support, liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and help manage urgent requests and financial transactions. Youll also contribute to service improvements and may support emergency responses.
Were seeking someone with NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent experience), strong ICT skills, and a background in customer service within a complex organisation.
