Location: CARLISLE | Salary: £34,434 – 35,412 | Contract: fixed term until March 2026 | Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR policy development and provide guidance to managers
- Maintain and improve HR systems, forms and communications
- Organise stakeholder engagement and consultation activities
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform HR strategy
- Assist with HR projects and transformation initiatives
