We have opportunities for caring and compassionate people to join our Care Services Cumberland team at Park Lodge, as Support Workers (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) providing support and care within our Residential Care Services.

Help older adults live their life how they choose and enjoy their later years. Support people to stay active and healthy by encouraging good nutrition and promoting fitness and mobility, as well as supporting emotional wellness.
About The Role:
As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) you will get the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You may also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our people to achieve or maintain independence. No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development – we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities. This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is Enhanced DBS Check with a Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults.
