About This Opportunity
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Pay & Reward Advisor to support the development of fair, future-focused pay, grading, and pensions strategies across the Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise services on pay, grading, and pensions matters
- Support benchmarking and quality assurance of pay structures
- Identify trends and risks, ensuring compliance with equal pay standards
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and pensions projects
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of pay and reward frameworks
- Experience in HR advisory roles, ideally in the public sector
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
This role is available on a fixed term until March 2026.
