About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to support and develop best practice across our Childrens Services teams. In this pivotal role, youll provide expert guidance on complex and high-risk cases, mentor and coach colleagues, and lead on quality assurance and reflective practice.
Were looking for someone with a recognised social work qualification (CQSW/CSS/DipSW), and substantial experience in child protection and family work. Youll be confident in multi-agency collaboration, risk management, and supporting the development of others, including ASYE practitioners. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
This role is available on a permanent basis.
