The Cumberland Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a fixed-term 16-month contract. Based at our Wigton, Cockermouth and Maryport branches, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while handling cashiering duties and promoting our products and services.
This part-time role is 24.25 hours per week (Mon/Wed/Fri, 8.45am–5.15pm; every other Saturday 8.45am–12.15pm). Salary is £17,120 per year pro rata (FTE £26,298), with 25 days holiday and wellbeing initiatives.
