Position: Head Of Digital & Business Transformation at Cumberland Building Society

Overview

The Cumberland Building Society is seeking a Digital Lead to manage the Digital team. This role oversees the Mobile App, Internet Banking, Open Banking, and Apply journeys. The Digital Lead will also serve as the deputy for the Head of Digital within the Leadership team and collaborate with the Transformation team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Digital team.
• Oversee digital products such as Mobile App, Internet Banking, Open Banking, and Apply processes.
• Assist the Head of Digital as a deputy and contribute to leadership decisions.
• Work closely with the Transformation team to implement digital initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Ideal candidates should have experience in digital management within financial services, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of digital banking platforms.
