We have an exciting opportunity in our Barrow and Ulverston branches for a Customer Adviser to join us.
Exceptional service at The Cumberland is something our customers can rely on. It’s really important that you love talking to customers as much as they love talking to us. As a Customer Adviser, you will be part of a team committed to helping customers achieve their savings goals by identifying products and services that we can offer them. You’ll be dealing with customers and conducting appointments across multiple channels, so it’s important that you’re an excellent communicator, a team player and adaptable, as you’ll also be required to work collaboratively with other business areas. You’ll be working across both our locations and whilst the main part of your role is described above, you will also support our counter colleagues as and when required.
The hours for this role are 35.5 hours per week, working 5 days a week which will include alternate Saturday working.
