Role
Senior Test Analyst – Subject Matter Expert in Testing for a fixed‑term project (up to 14 months) on our Technology team.
Responsibilities
- Act as a testing SME and support stakeholders through all testing phases of technical upgrades.
- Perform manual testing to ensure systems and products meet business requirements and resolve issues.
- Maintain clear communication of testing progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Develop test plans, scripts and completion reports aligned with the testing approach.
- Log fault records, follow up on retesting and coordinate with internal departments and external providers.
- Support the project/delivery team during go‑live, monitor and control phases.
- Provide technical support for live system issues and adopt risk‑based testing.
About You
- Recent experience in a similar role, knowledge of testing processes, change frameworks and agile software delivery methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Natural interest in technology.
- Structured and logical problem‑solving.
- Highly organised, prioritising workload and self‑motivated.
