Culverwell is the leading retail and leisure property agency in Scotland, working with high-profile and active property owners, developers and occupiers from across the UK. We have an opportunity for an experienced PA/Secretary to the Senior Partner based in our office in Thistle Street, Edinburgh. The role is varied and there is scope to develop the position to encompass a wider range of activities and responsibilities within the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial and administrative services to the Senior Partner (SP), being aware of what’s happening and taking action where appropriate.
- Gaining knowledge of the companies and projects SP is involved in and keeping abreast of what’s happening.
- Dealing with the Company Secretarial aspects of these companies.
- Diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation.
- Keeping contacts and Tracker database updated.
- Preparation of monthly credit card spreadsheets.
- Assisting surveyors with goad plans, email marketing, preparing marketing particulars, marketing boards as required.
- Cover for Office Manager as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure, plan your work, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
