Job Description: Due to expansion, we are recruiting for our new friendly site in Harworth! Reporting to the Inventory Stock and Systems Manager, this role will facilitate day-to-day processes within the supervision of the department. You will ensure that all stock control team KPI targets are met or exceeded and be involved in continuous improvement. Supervising the Stock Control department to ensure stock integrity and compliance are delivered to the highest standard.
You will be fully proficient in understanding stock control functions, accuracy, processes, and be able to deliver excellent customer service through supervising team procedures operationally. The Stock & Systems Supervisor will deputise for the Stock Manager in their absence.
Shift Pattern: Any 5 from 7 Rotating, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Salary: £32,538
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Inventory Stock & Systems Manager in the day-to-day running of the Stock department.
- Resolve stock & system issues and discrepancies.
- Supervise the activities of Stock & Admin staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain records of staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide feedback on team and individual performance, including behavioural issues.
- Organise training and development for the stock team, including on-the-job coaching.
- Control levels of absence, ensuring adequate cover and reducing unacceptable levels.
- Maintain high Health & Safety standards.
- Deputise for the Inventory Manager when required.
- Process stock reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and handle customer requests accurately and promptly.
- Supervise track & trace requests, product recall, and quality assurance.
- Monitor and schedule stock counts and perform full reconciliations and adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with other managers and operational teams.
- Assist in system configuration and stock audits.
- Support visitors and audits.
- Travel to customer meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to cover various areas within the department.

- Experience with Kronos system administration.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
