Job Description
We have an exciting opportunityfor a Quality Coordinator to join our friendly team at our Markham Vale site on a full time permanent basis.
Salary:£25,929 per annum.
Working hours:Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
The purpose of the Quality Coordinator is to support the quality manager in all aspects of the job, ensuring that the high level of customer service we provide is maintained.
Key Duties Of a Quality Coordinator
- To be flexible in both cross training and additional support in other parts of the warehouse.
- Monitor and assist the training team with the Nvolve platform.
- Support the quality manager in GDP training and non-conformance training.
- Meet the customer needs in all areas of quality related requests and issues.
- To assist in H&S processes and reviews.
- Complete Quality checks (KAPPA, /rework and travel tests).
- Assist in completing internal audits to maintain ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor warehouse temperatures to complete all sample requests.
- Raise NCRs and follow up with VOEs.
- Maintain the document control matrix.
Qualifications
- Have excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
- Be able to communicate well at all levels within the business.
- Have the ability to identify and suggest improvements to benefit both GBD and our customer.
- PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A clear understanding of the customer requirements ensuring that all queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.
- Able to work as part of a team and to clearly demonstrate a professional attitude towards all colleagues.
- An organised and focused approach to all administrative duties.
