We are recruiting for a successful AI that is looking to expand and hire an ADR that will support the EMEA sales motion. This person must be bilingual and be fluent in English and German (Germany is this company’s biggest region).

Most Account Executives are promoted from within. For this specific role, the ADR works in a hybrid setup from the office in London and home. Opportunity to collaborate onsite with the team in Germany from time to time.
50/50 split on compensation to make €70,000-€80,000 year one (+ accelerators and equity plan/stock options)! Inbound as well as outbound sales (portion of leads from webinars and channel sales). Typical clients include mid-market and enterprise companies.

Requirements:
- College degree
