Job Overview
Passionate about both product strategy and growth? We’re looking for a Product & Marketing Lead to drive product discovery, manage agile delivery, and lead top-of-funnel customer acquisition in B2B and B2G markets. You’ll work closely with our founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap, run lean sprints and craft outreach strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads.
What you’ll do:
- Lead product discovery, validation and prototyping.
- Manage sprints, retrospectives, and backlog prioritisation.
- Design, test, and implement inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Build targeted campaigns via email, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimise lead nurturing conversion and sales assets.
- Drive outreach and partnerships to attract, convert, and retain high-quality B2B and B2G customers.
- Create impactful sales and marketing assets to support customer acquisition.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven product management experience from discovery through delivery.
- Experience in B2B/B2G lead generation, digital outreach, and relationship-based growth.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work autonomously.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of public sector procurement/sales cycles (UK, EU, NATO).
- Background in UX/UI design.
- Relevant degree is preferred (business, product management, engineering, or related field).
