Our ‘Culturists’ have worked with major companies including Marriott, TF1, Sciences Po, Sony, LVMH, Paramount, Nike, and HP.
Culture Vitale is growing its corporate retreats partners and is looking to collaborate with experienced retreat organizers and providers who can offer retreats to our corporate clients. The target client base includes major sectors such as Fashion, Tech, Finance, and Pharmaceuticals.
We partner with retreat providers in two key ways:
- Promoting Your Retreats: We work with our clients as consultants to identify the perfect activities that can support their wellbeing, development, and cultural needs. You deliver an adapted retreat based on their needs, and we connect them with you for a fixed commission percentage on your retreat price.
- Enriching Your Retreats: We provide sessions to enhance your retreats. Our portfolio of over 1,500 experts in wellbeing, leadership/team development, arts, and culture can help elevate your offerings by curating the right mix of session/workshop hosts based on your needs and budgets.
Ideal candidates should have significant experience creating and delivering retreats, have worked with corporate clients, and possess examples of past retreats (including images and programmes). Candidates must be conversational in English and fulfill all legal requirements (insurance, permits, etc.) to carry out retreats.
This opportunity offers flexible paid engagements throughout the year, a chance to connect with new major company clients, and the opportunity to elevate your own retreat offerings while being part of a growing, human-centred cultural and wellness community.
Networking events with other peers in the network are also available.
