We do this primarily through software that removes barriers to reporting harassment, bullying and discrimination by giving people a confidential platform to seek support and report experiences. Our clients have more insight than ever before to respond to harassment and bullying, but it's time to really shift culture and empower organisations to take a proactive and preventive approach. Our values of Unshakeable Belief, Unstoppable Progress, Unending Support are visible across the business and in all our ways of working. We hire for culture add, never culture fit, looking for changemakers with the skills and passion to join our mission to positively change culture by building products that empower organisations to tackle harassment and bullying.
