Culture Perth and Kinross is a dynamic cultural trust which aims to be at the heart of communities, connecting people, ideas, knowledge with the rich heritage and diverse cultures of the region. We have an exciting new role for a professional librarian to support the development of Library Services across the region and lead on engagement with the communities they serve.

The post will suit someone with experience of working in a public library setting, supporting reader development activity and working collaboratively with communities to deliver projects which meet their needs and interest. Based in Perth, this role will require travel on a regular basis across Perth and Kinross to support all our library venues and some evening working will be required to support delivery of events.

Libraries in the region are closed on a Monday, so the working pattern will be 36 hours over Tuesday to Saturday. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
