We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Business Manager to join our team at the Culture Mile BID.
This is an exciting time to become part of the transformation of this unique part of the City of London, working within a significant Business Improvement District in the heart of central London.
The Business Manager will play a central role in the effective running of the organisation, overseeing business operations, governance, reporting, budget management and organisational planning, while supporting external affairs and key strategic projects.
With the BID working towards its renewal ballot in Autumn 2027, this role will also play an important part in supporting the organisation’s preparations and future direction.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in business management, operations, programme management or governance.
- Strong organisational, project management and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce high quality reports and presentations.
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
