The role
As a Consultant within our Operations team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful leadership and culture transformation projects with senior leaders in diverse organisations. This is a critical role for our organisation as we grow.
You will be involved in the full lifecycle of our work from scoping and design through to facilitation, insight generation and helping clients sustain change. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the CEO, you’ll be critical in delivering quality solutions to Culture Impact’s clients.

Shaping projects from early engagement, including scoping conversations, contributing to proposals and discovery with clients. Managing projects end-to-end, keeping work and logistics on track, coordinating across stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Designing leadership and culture workshops, programmes and interventions that are tailored, practical, evidence based and psychologically grounded. Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted partner throughout projects. Facilitating and delivering interventions with leaders and teams, bringing insight, presence and adaptability.
Gathering and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations, including creating clear, engaging culture/diagnostic reports and presentations for senior leaders. Supporting clients beyond delivery to embed change and sustain momentum. Contributing to the growth of our consultancy by developing tools, methods and ways of working. Contribution to digital and face-to-face marketing activity, including events, social and other mediums.
What we’re looking for
This role requires a blend of consulting expertise, commercial acumen, and interpersonal excellence.
Essential skills, experience and attributes - you will:
- Have a strong background in a related field, for example, leadership development, learning and development, organisational development, management consulting, or organisational culture – in consultancy, or in-house/within an organisation.
- Be able to communicate, influence, and present credibly with senior stakeholders, adept at building high-impact, trust-based client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Facilitation skills with groups and senior teams.
- Have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex group dynamics.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, aligning consulting work with client business outcomes.
- An interest in personal psychological development, conscious business, and systemic approaches to organisational development.
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience with psychometrics or other individual, team or organisational diagnostic tools.
- AI fluency, with an ability to integrate AI tools into day-to-day work, enhancing productivity, insight generation, and the quality and efficiency of research, analysis, and client deliverables.
- Hold relevant qualifications (e.g. management, psychology, organisational development, applied behavioural sciences, business administration, coaching).
- Experience in business development activities, including sales, marketing and client acquisition.
