Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Delivery: Safely and efficiently transport vehicles from our dealership to customers' locations for test drives, deliveries, or service appointments.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including their features, specifications, and benefits, to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during vehicle deliveries and test drives, ensuring our customers a positive and memorable experience.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as fuelling and ensuring the vehicles are in good condition for customer interactions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, test drives, and other relevant information, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Adherence to Safety Regulations: Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself, customers, and vehicles.
- Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team by accompanying customers on test drives and providing additional vehicle information.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
