Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as a trusted support across both business and personal priorities
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, balancing professional and personal commitments effectively
- Coordinating UK and international travel (business and personal) with precision
- Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise
- Managing communications and ensuring key actions are followed through
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting with projects, logistics and general business coordination
- Managing personal/lifestyle arrangements including bookings, scheduling and events
- Maintaining a highly organised and efficient working environment
- Handling confidential matters with discretion and sound judgement
