Culture Guru is recruiting a commercially exceptional Commercial Director to take ownership of a high-energy London sales floor within a globally operating media organisation. This is a leadership role for someone who sets the pace, raises the bar and drives results. The organisation operates internationally, developing high-value commercial partnerships with senior leaders and global organisations who want to amplify their voice through premium media platforms.
The London commercial team is already strong - but the leadership team believes the next level of performance requires a powerful commercial leader at the helm.
The Opportunity
You will lead a 20-person commercial sales organisation, including team leaders, currently generating seven-figure monthly revenue, with partnerships typically valued between £35,000 – £50,000 per deal. This role is not about maintaining performance - it is about elevating it.
Your mission will be to:
- Push the sales floor to consistently exceed targets
- Increase deal volume and conversion rates
- Coach and develop emerging sales leaders

The current KPI across the team is one partnership per person per month, with a clear opportunity to increase this through strong leadership, coaching and commercial strategy.
