Culture Guru is recruiting on behalf of its client for a Customer Service/Sales Coordinator to join a growing, internationally connected business in the workplace design and interiors sector.

This is not your typical office-based role. With an exciting pipeline of projects and continued growth across multiple markets, they are expanding their London team to elevate both client experience and operational excellence.

You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving - connecting clients, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless journey from first enquiry through to final delivery.

  • Supporting the sales team with proposals, product information, and client-ready materials
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and internal systems
  • Supporting showroom activity, including hosting clients and assisting with events
  • Acting as the central point of communication between clients, sales, and operations

Experience required:

  • Experience within a customer service, coordination, or sales support role
  • Experience using CRM or internal systems (ERP exposure beneficial)
  • Exposure to SAP (SD module) and/or P.Commercial awareness with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
