You will work closely with a commercially focused Founder/CEO who operates at pace across multiple priorities. Your role will be to ensure everything around them runs smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard - across both business and personal commitments.

This position suits someone who is proactive and forward-thinking - comfortable making decisions, managing competing demands and keeping things moving without constant direction. You won't always be waiting for instructions. You'll be trusted to think ahead, use your judgement and take ownership across a broad and varied scope of responsibilities.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where you will support the Founder/CEO across both professional and personal priorities, ensuring everything is seamlessly organised and executed.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as a trusted support across both business and personal priorities
  • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, balancing professional and personal commitments effectively
  • Coordinating UK and international travel (business and personal) with precision
  • Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise
  • Managing communications and ensuring key actions are followed through
  • Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting with projects, logistics and general business coordination
  • Managing personal/lifestyle arrangements including bookings, scheduling and events
  • Maintaining a highly organised and efficient working environment
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion and sound judgement
