Culture Guru is recruiting an outstanding Executive Assistant to support one C-suite leader and one senior leader within a large, established and highly respected organisation in the property and development sector. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role in a traditional, high-standard head office environment where excellence, judgement and presence really matter. For the right person, it’s a chance to operate at the centre of senior decision-making and make a genuine impact every day.
You’ll work with two respected and influential leaders with different but complementary styles - one fast-moving and demanding, who values initiative, confidence and pace; and another who is collaborative, steady and widely trusted, with teams who rely on him. Both are well-regarded internally and externally, and both operate at the heart of the business.
The pace is busy and dynamic. On occasion (typically around once a quarter), there may be very early starts for senior or board-level meetings, in which case a private taxi will be provided. From time to time, days may also run a little longer when the business needs it, so flexibility is important. Day to day, however, the role follows a normal full-time office rhythm.
You’ll be the person who brings structure, clarity and momentum: shaping diaries, controlling inboxes, coordinating C-suite and senior leadership meetings, preparing high-quality packs, and making sure nothing important slips.
Why this role stands out- You’re supporting C-suite and senior leadership at the top of the organisation
- You’ll be trusted with board-level work, senior stakeholders and high-impact priorities
- This is a visible, high-impact role where your work genuinely matters
- You’ll operate in a large, established, influential business with scale and substance
- The scope goes well beyond diary management - you’ll help shape how senior leadership operates day to day
- It’s a serious career EA role for someone who wants challenge, pace and responsibility
- Running complex, fast-moving diaries for C-suite and senior leaders
- Owning high-volume inbox management, drafting responses and driving actions forward
- Orchestrating C-suite, board and senior leadership meetings end-to-end
- Producing polished agendas, packs, presentations, reports and briefing documents
- Ensuring leaders are fully prepared for key meetings and decisions
- Organising UK and international travel with detailed itineraries
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supporting the planning and delivery of senior events and leadership meetings
- Line managing the Office Manager/Reception function and setting front-of-house standards
- Overseeing office and facilities operations to keep the workplace running smoothly
- Arranging reception cover and supporting meeting logistics when required
- Acting as a central coordination hub between leadership, teams and external partners
- Has strong experience supporting C-suite and/or senior leadership
- Is confident, visible and engaged - not a wallflower
- Has gumption: proactive, resilient, comfortable operating at pace and speaking up when needed
- Is super polished and professional in a head-office environment
- Thrives in demanding, high-expectation environments
- Is flexible and understands that occasional early starts or longer days come with senior roles
- Is highly organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure
- Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders
- Is discreet and trusted with sensitive information
- Is strong with documents, packs and presentations
- Has excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Takes pride in being a reliable, high-performing, senior EA
If you’re the kind of EA who wants to operate at C-suite and senior leadership level, be genuinely trusted, and play a central role in how the business runs, this is a brilliant opportunity.
