Culture Guru is recruiting for a rare, standout opportunity - a right-hand Executive Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager supporting a highly driven Founding CEO across everything they do, both in business and in life.

This is a role built on trust, energy and sound judgement. It won't suit everyone - the CEO moves fast, expects a lot, and wants someone who thrives on that pace rather than shrinks from it. In return, the successful candidate is given genuine ownership, autonomy and a front-row seat to how an entrepreneur builds across multiple ventures.

You will become the person the Founding CEO relies on most - the one who makes their business and personal world run seamlessly. This is not a diary-and-inbox role you clock in and out of. It's a partnership. You'll be hungry to prove yourself, comfortable saying "yes, leave it with me," and confident enough to make things happen without needing a map drawn for you.

Ideally, you'll have supported a high-net-worth individual or senior founder before, so you already understand the standards, the discretion and the pace that come with it. You know what "polished" looks like, you anticipate rather than react, and you carry yourself with a maturity that belies your years.

You won't always be waiting for instructions. You'll be trusted to think ahead, use your judgement and take ownership across a broad and ever-changing scope - no two days the same, no task too big or too small.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where you'll support the Founding CEO across both professional and personal priorities, ensuring everything is seamlessly organised and executed - and where your proactiveness and emotional maturity will be genuinely valued.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as a trusted right hand across both business and personal priorities
  • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, balancing professional and personal commitments effectively
  • Coordinating UK and international travel (business and personal) with precision
  • Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise
  • Managing communications and ensuring key actions are followed through
  • Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting with projects, logistics and general business coordination across multiple ventures
  • Managing personal and lifestyle arrangements, including bookings, reservations, scheduling and events
  • Maintaining a highly organised and efficient working environment
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion and sound judgement

Ideal attributes of the successful candidate:

  • Experience supporting a senior leader, founder or high-net-worth individual in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
  • Hungry, ambitious and eager to grow - someone who sees this as a career-defining opportunity, not just a job
  • A natural "can-do" attitude - confident, willing and unfazed by whatever the day throws at them
  • Comfortable operating across both executive and personal/lifestyle support
  • Exceptionally organised with strong judgement and attention to detail
  • Confident in making decisions and working independently
  • Calm, composed and resilient under pressure
  • Emotionally mature and intuitive - reads the room, anticipates needs and stays a step ahead
  • Naturally polished and professional in communication and presentation
  • Discreet, reliable and trustworthy with sensitive matters
  • Proactive and solution-oriented by instinct
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-confident, with the ability to manage multiple tools and systems
