Responsibilities of the role but not limited to:
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, delivering professional and courteous customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Actively download and efficiently manage data from lead sources, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Conduct thorough research on companies to gather relevant information before engaging with potential customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through web forms and other sources, providing appropriate information and assistance.
- Use the CRM systems (ServiceMate, Quotient) to input, update, and maintain customer data and sales activities.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and admin team to provide comprehensive and accurate information, ensuring a smooth handover process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
