Culture Guru is recruiting for a rare and exceptional Executive Assistant opportunity, supporting a high-calibre CEO at the centre of a fast-moving, ambitious and slightly rebellious media business. This role is built on trust, judgement and standards. The environment is dynamic, expectations are high, and the right person will be given genuine autonomy to run things properly.
You’ll work one-to-one with a highly intelligent, decisive and pragmatic CEO whose time and energy are intentionally protected. He operates across multiple ventures - building, investing and making decisions at pace. This role exists so that he can move through his days with complete confidence that everything around him - professionally and personally - is organised, anticipated and handled to a high standard. You won’t always be waiting for instructions. You’ll be trusted to think ahead, make judgement calls and act. This is not an assistant role in the traditional sense. This is a right-hand role for an HNWI.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as the CEO’s trusted right hand, owning the organisation of both professional and personal priorities
- Managing a complex, fast-moving diary to ensure time is protected, purposeful and well-structured
- Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel with precision and foresight
- Anticipating needs and handling requests proactively, often before they are verbalised
- Managing communications on behalf of the CEO, filtering noise and ensuring key messages are actioned
- Coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, partners and external parties
- Supporting personal projects, investments and property-related activity with organisation and follow-through
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure a polished, well-run environment
- Managing lifestyle and family logistics, including events, schedules, bookings and arrangements
- Representing the CEO professionally at meetings or events when required
- Handling confidential matters with absolute discretion and sound judgement
- Ensuring nothing important is missed, delayed or left unresolved
Ideal attributes of the successful candidate:
- Proven experience supporting a senior leader in a high-trust, fast-paced environment
- Exceptionally organised with strong judgement and attention to detail
- Confident in making decisions and operating independently without constant direction
- Calm, composed and resilient under pressure
- Naturally polished and professional in appearance and communication
- Discreet, loyal and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable operating across both business and personal responsibilities
- Proactive, solution-oriented and able to anticipate needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-confident, with the ability to manage multiple tools and systems seamlessly
- High level of proficiency across Microsoft and Google tools
- Someone who takes pride in being reliable, dependable and consistently excellent
If you’re ready to step into a role of trust, influence and responsibility - and you take pride in making things run flawlessly - apply now and let’s start the conversation.
