💫 This well-established company is looking for an exceptionally communicative, detail-oriented, industry-experienced Customer Service / Sales Coordinator Guru, to be part of its aggressive growth strategy for 2024
📈 This role is suited for a meticulous, self-starter who has a deep understanding of SAP software within a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator role.
🤝 Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;
- Updating the CRM database (SAP)
- Assist the team with on-site events
- Ensure orders are input correctly
- Liaise with Order Management colleagues
- Sales team support; sending images, technical data, etc
- Ensure excellent product knowledge
🤩 Desirable attributes of the successful candidate
- High level of customer care
- Ability to show initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience using SAP or similar
- Previous experience using pCon Basket
