Hours: 09:00hrs – 17:30hrs

💫 This well-established company is looking for an exceptionally communicative, detail-oriented, industry-experienced Customer Service / Sales Coordinator Guru, to be part of its aggressive growth strategy for 2024

📈 This role is suited for a meticulous, self-starter who has a deep understanding of SAP software within a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator role.

🤝 Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;

  • Updating the CRM database (SAP)
  • Assist the team with on-site events
  • Ensure orders are input correctly
  • Liaise with Order Management colleagues
  • Sales team support; sending images, technical data, etc
  • Ensure excellent product knowledge

🤩 Desirable attributes of the successful candidate

  • High level of customer care
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience using SAP or similar
  • Previous experience using pCon Basket
  • Attention to detail, organised and passionate about solutions
